1. How much does it cost to join?
It’s free. There is no cost for anyone who joins or uses our site. There is no catch it’s just free.
2. When can I list, add, or modify my property listings?
24 hour a days 7 days a week. We offer you full control of your own listings anytime, anywhere you have access to an internet connection. You can add, change or modify photos also.
3. How long does it take for my changes to take affect?
Changes made are usually visible instantly. From time to time there may be a delay and it may take up to 10 minutes.
4. Do you send my listing out to any affiliate sites?
We sure do!!! In order to get your vacancy filled fast, we send out all of our listings to a bunch of different websites such as
Google Base, Oodle, Vast, RentBits, Yakaz, Local.com, and Lycos just to name a few. (Although when you list with us, your listing is placed immediately, it can take up to 24 hours for your listing to be posted to our affiliate sites).
5. How many listings can I post?
As many as you want, so as long as you have the authority to list them.
6. What types of rental property can I list?
Residential homes, apartments, condos, rooms for rent. All types of commercial properties. And also lease options to buy/ lease to own properties.
7. Can I list properties in cities outside of California?
Of course. You can list properties from any city within the U.S.
8. How many photos may I upload for each property?
Currently we are allowing up to 4 photos per property.
